Our rigorous program includes the practice of Ashtanga primary and intermediate series, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, Yoga therapy, Alignment and Assisting.
These practices will enliven your body, mind, and spirit with the experience of Yoga.
The course should suit all levels of practitioners and whether you wish to teach ashtanga yoga or not, will help to rekindle your passion for Yoga.

The course is designed for existing teachers who want to progress their teaching style, and also for committed yoga students who want to make a difference to their own practice and selves.
Tina has a wealth of experience behind her. 30 years study and as an Ashtanga, Jivamukti and yoga therapy teacher for past 18 years 20 years is one of the oldest senior teachers. Working with some of the greatest contemporary yoga teachers including certification from Manju Jois, David Life and Sharon Gannon.
Tina Also works with Elders first nations traditions and is an activist and environmentalist.
