Our first act of life as we enter this world is to inhale and our last act before departing is to exhale. Breath is our most elemental form of life and unites all of humanity yet we think little about it. I look forward to sharing the heart chakra AIR and breathing into a new paradigm in science and philosophy, a paradigm /ˈpærədaɪm/ is a distinct set of concepts or thought patterns, including theories, let's heal out of pain and suffering and inhale into Joy.

Jivamukti Floating
Saturday 30th March 2019
6.30pm-9pm

An offering of leaves, FLOATING into HAND STANDING.

A fun-filled exploration of Vinyasa and Arm-balances.

One of the greatest challenges of the Ashtanga flow is the vinyasa, the law of lightness. Participants will explore techniques for creating greater lightness and efficiency of practice while using less effort to achieve greater ease.

The class will also explore the elements of handstands and arm-balances. It is common to feel intimidated or even frightened by balancing on our hands. Tina will share wonderful methods of approach to allow for greater confidence. There is always plenty of laughter and fun care of Alan Watts meditation, as well as a depth of information in Tina’s classes. All levels may attend even if you have never done a handstand before. Alternatives are always given.

Cost : £35 (£90 if all 3 classes booked together)

Jivamukti - What is Real?
Sunday 31st March 2019
6.30pm-9pm

A dance journey with Tina Pashumati James and friends.

Jivamukti what is real?

Come and enjoy an evening of togetherness while moving to live sound.

Drumming, rattles and music - Yoga at its wildest. Be part of a collaborative experience of Yogis feeding and being fed by the dance.

Music will begin slowly with ambient sounds; inviting a gentle warm up for our bodies in the sun salutations, moving into downtempo songs and grooves, build up to a catharsis boosted by drums, then returning to downtempo/chill vibe and ending with an ambient sound integration “The best Savasana " to end our journey.

Ecstatic  shamanic Yoga ,  respect the space, yourself, and each other.

This practice is intense and will lead us to our highest Aim Yoga.

Cost : £35 (£90 if all 3 classes booked together)
